Overview
The decision to allow someone else to manage your own services is a difficult one. We will provide the level of service that you require or only manage the portions of the server that you require assistance in. Whether this is a server provided by us at our facilities or you machines at you remote office we are confident we can provide the management expertise that you require.

Reports and Alerts
You will be emailed a Daily Disk Report on the sizes of all you partitions. We will also alert you when you are running low on disk space. You set the thresholds and we will monitor it for you. You will always know how much bandiwdth you are using. We will also ping your machine every minute and notify you by email when it does not respond.

Monitoring
We will look daily at your server's firewall statistics. You will be notifed when we feel there has been unusual activity. We will also be interigating your logfiles from several services to check for unusual behaviour. The two main services we will target is your web service and email service.

We will also install our Eyeball software that will show you your server metrics. It maintains information such as CPU load, used network ports, number of users logged into the system and the amount of memory and swap that is being used. Network statistics will also be maintained. All of these reports will produce graphs on a monthly, daily or hourly basis.

The last and most important monitoring we will perform is security. We will inform you when we believe an intruder has penetrated your defenses.

Service Management
Most administrators need to deal with users on a daily basis and can't manage the email and web service like they should. Network administration and health is our bread and butter. Let that be our headache so you can rest easy at night.

Security Management
We will be proactive in applying patches to the OS and any services that require it. We will perform intrusion detection audits and scan the server from the outside world. When we deem it necassary to react , we will. It will be our job to stay informed about the latest worms, viruses and buffer overflows and be proactive in eliminating them.

Extra Service Management
Other services such as MySQL and Tomcat can also be managed. You tell us how much level of service you require then we will work with you to provide it.
